Fill out the enrollment form to secure your child’s spot. Our team will guide you through any necessary steps to finalize your registration.

Prepare for Your First Day

Once enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome packet with everything you need to prepare for your child’s first day at Kaleidoscope Kids.

Enrollment Requirements

  • To enroll at Kaleidoscope Kids, your child must turn Age 4 by February 1st of the year enrolled and be “Potty Proficient.”

  • Up-to-date immunization records or a valid exemption must be submitted with your enrollment form.

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is due upon enrollment to secure your child’s spot.

Tuition Information

We offer competitive tuition rates and flexible scheduling options to meet your family’s needs.

  • $1,300/mo.

    A comprehensive learning experience combining academic preparation, creative exploration, and outdoor play to support your child’s growth throughout the day.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For observed holidays and other scheduling matters, we follow the WELD RE-4 School District Calendar.

  • $900/mo.

    A focused, enriching morning program that prepares your child for kindergarten with hands-on activities, social play, and a strong academic foundation.

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. For observed holidays and other scheduling matters, we follow the WELD RE-4 School District Calendar.

  • $225/wk.

    Announcing our activity-themed Summer Program! We offer flexible scheduling for our Summer Program, allowing you to choose the weeks you’d like to enroll your child. Schedule is as follows:

    • Session 1: June 1st - June 5th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 2: June 8th - June 12th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 3: June 15th - June 19th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 4: June 22nd - June 26th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 5: July 6th - July 10th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 6: July 13th - July 17th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 7: July 20th - July 24th (8:30am - 1:00pm)

    • Session 8: July 27th - July 31st (8:30am - 1:00pm)

  • For families who are eligible and approved, we provide financial assistance through Colorado’s UPK Program. 15 hours per week are provided through the state funded UPK program. Please reach out to us for more information or if you’d like to apply.

Families eligible for Universal Pre-K may qualify for our Universal Pre-K programs listed above. Please contact us for further details and information.

 FAQs

  • Our small class sizes ensure every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive. Average class sizes are around 10-12 students, with a student-to-teacher ratio smaller than or equal to 8:1.

  • Our maximum student-to-teacher ratio is no more than 8:1 at any given time, and is often less.

  • Parents provide lunches for students, however, we do provide morning and afternoon snacks. For parents wishing to provide snacks, we encourage healthy options.

  • If your child is curious, eager to play and learn, and ready for new experiences, they’re likely ready for preschool. They also should be “Potty Proficient” prior to enrollment. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss your child’s readiness further.

  • To enroll at Kaleidoscope Kids, your child must turn 4 yrs. old by February 1st of the year enrolled AND be “Potty Proficient”. Please contact us if you’d like more information.

  • Apply as soon as possible, but we recommend enrolling no later than December for UPK Programs where enrollment begins in February. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss further.
